Michael graduated from Southwestern University
School of Law with a Justice Degree. He also graduated from the
University of Northern Colorado with a BA in History. He is a partner
in his current firm. His areas of practice are Business and Commercial
Law, Transactions, State Trial Practice: Litigation & Appeals,
Commercial & Residential Real Estate, Condemnation / Eminent Domain,
Natural Resources law, and Water & Riparian Rights. 30% of his practice
is devoted to Litigation. He was a Captain for the United States Air
Force from 1971 to 1977. He was in the USAF Reserve from 1977 to 1987,
California National Guard from 1987 to 1988. He was with Delatore,
Caldwell & Hansen from 1978 to 1985 and he was with Davis & Lundberg,
APC, from 1985 to 1990.
Michael is a member and was on the board of
trustees for Victor Valley Community College District from 1983 – 1987.
He is part of the High Desert Bar Association from 1980 to present. He
is a member of the American Bar Association from 1978 to present. He is
a member of The State Bar of California from 1980 to present. He was a
member of the Rotary Club of Apple Valley from 1982 to 1998. He is a
member and Past President of Rotary Club of Victor Valley Sunrise from
1998 to present. He is a Paul Harris Fellow for the Rotary
International Foundation from 1982 to present. President of the Victor
Valley Community College District from 1985 to 1987. president of the
High Desert Bar Association from 1983 to 1985.
Michael
resides in Apple Valley with his wife, Donna, and his daughter.
